What file formats are supported?
We currently support .csv, .xls, and .xlsx files. Please ensure your export contains execution-level data (individual fills) or trade summary data for the best results.
Is my data private during the mapping process?
Yes. Your data is processed via encrypted tunnels. For "Deep Mapping," only the file structure and column headers are analyzed to create the mapping logic; your specific trading strategy remains confidential.
My import failed. What should I do?
If you receive an "Invalid File" or failure notification, it usually means the file doesn't contain recognizable trade data (e.g., it might be a PDF invoice or a blank file). Please verify you have exported the correct Trade History or Execution Log from your broker. You can try exporting a different report type and re-uploading.
How long does "AI Deep Mapping" take?
If your file triggers the "New Format Detected" process, it typically takes up to 1 business day for our team and advanced models to verify the mapping logic. You will receive an email notification as soon as your dashboard is ready.
