How to connect or import your TradeStation trades

There are two ways to get TradeStation trades into TradeBB: connect the account, or upload a file you export yourself.

Connect your account

In TradeBB, open Import Trades, choose TradeStation and connect it. The connection is read-only: TradeBB can read your trades, but it can't place trades, change orders or move money.

Export a file instead

Both routes start in the TradeStation Client Center.

Account History

1. Go to Trade Confirmations / Account History
2. Set the date range
3. Click Export and download the CSV

Tax Center

1. Go to Accounts → Equities Accounts → Tax Center
2. In Download Tax Activity, select your account
3. Choose Microsoft Excel (csv), set the date range and click Download

Then upload the file under Import Trades.

Troubleshooting

My export only covers part of my history.

TradeStation limits each download to about six months. Export each six-month period and upload the files oldest first.
