How to import your Topstep trades

Export your trades as a CSV from wherever you trade your Topstep account, and upload it to TradeBB. Most traders use TopstepX; Tradovate and NinjaTrader work too.

Export from TopstepX

1. Log in to TopstepX and open your Trade Report
2. Go to the Trades tab, not Orders
3. Click Export at the bottom right
4. Select your date range and click Export again
5. Save the CSV

The Orders tab also lists unfilled and cancelled orders, so use the Trades tab.

Trading Topstep through another platform?

• Tradovate — download the report from Account Reports, choosing your Topstep account. See How to import your Tradovate trades
• NinjaTrader — export from the Executions tab, choosing your Topstep account. See How to import your NinjaTrader trades

Upload it to TradeBB

1. Open Import Trades
2. Choose your Topstep account, or add one
3. Upload the CSV

Running a Combine and a funded account? Give each its own account in TradeBB, so their numbers stay apart.

Troubleshooting

My trade count looks too high.

You probably exported the Orders tab. Export the Trades tab instead.

My history doesn't fit in one file.

Export month by month, or year by year, and upload the files oldest first.
