Your Zerodha trades are in the tradebook in Zerodha Console. Download it as a CSV and upload it to TradeBB.
Download your tradebook from Console
- Log in to console.zerodha.com (Console, not Kite)
- Go to Reports → Tradebook
- Choose a segment and a date range, then load the trades
- Download the file as CSV (TradeBB doesn't read the XLSX version)
- Up to 365 days per download — for a longer history, download one year at a time
- One segment at a time — download each segment you trade and upload each file
Upload it to TradeBB
- In TradeBB, open Import Trades
- Choose your Zerodha account, or add one
- Upload the CSV
Add your charges
The tradebook lists each fill, but not your charges. Brokerage, STT, GST, stamp duty and exchange fees are in your contract notes, and other charges are in a separate sheet of Console's P&L report. So your first import shows results before charges.
To see results after charges, add them to your trades in TradeBB: see How to Manually Add Commissions, Fees, and Taxes.
Troubleshooting
My file won't upload.
Check it's the CSV download, not XLSX. Download the tradebook again and pick CSV.
My P&L in TradeBB is higher than in Console.
The tradebook doesn't include charges. Add them as described above.
Some shares I sold have no purchase.
Shares from an IPO, an OFS or a transfer from another broker aren't in the regular tradebook; Console shows them in the external tradebook.
My trade times look off.
Set your time zone to India Standard Time in Preference → Time Zone, and every report uses it.
